Catalogue Description:
Ceremonial plate, silver-plated metal, circular form with two C-shaped handles with floral ornaments, repoussé, on rim a Hebrew inscription [see catalogue sheet] and vine decoration, center of plate embossed with Star of David and Yiddish inscription [see catalogue sheet in Decorative Arts departmental files] that reads, "Happy week, happy year." Condition: Fair, roundel attached with scotch tape, discoloration.
