Catalogue Description:
Whiskey jug, glazed white clay with silver overlay. Ovoid jug (a) mounted in silver and decorated in autumn colors with trailing branches of foliage and seed pods on a dark brown ground; the body is partially overlaid in silver, and pierced and chased with scrolling foliage, with silver handle and mount to the rim, the handle monogrammed "HESKETH", the cork stopper (b) with silver serpent finial and chain rim, Silver overlay is applied by Gorham. CONDITION: Good
