Catalogue Description:
Four-tined dinner fork, silverplate with sloping shoulders, plain straight stem to midband; above midband handle flares outward broadly to double-arched crest containing semi-sunburst. Handle has abstract decoration in compartments. the decoration comprises, from bottom to top, a branch of flowers; diamond lozenges; monogram H in script; rondel enclosing stylized blossoms. Back of handle similarly decorated but lacking lower three compartments, Laurel Pattern. CONDITION: Normal wear.
