Catalogue Description:
Symmetrical design. Bar across top and bottom. Also bar up and down each side, these with dents (nine on each end) extending to edges. In the center, two pairs of "ram's horns" that curve inward from one view and oppose each other from the other. Deeply gouged design, large conical gouge on underside. Heavy greenish-black mottling all over, except one corner where someone has filed down to the brass.
