Catalogue Description: Sun-dried Nile mud ushabti of the Chantress of Amon, Ainmose. Covered in white slip with details on black. Mummiform with hoes and sack on back. One column of inscription: "To illuminate the Osiris, the Chantress of Amon, Ainmose." Condition: Feet missing. Head broken off and reattached. Back of head chipped. Facial details gone. Paint very faded and weathered. Modern pink on back. Inscription partly legibile. Poor condition. One of a group 37.156E thru 37.161E.
