Catalogue Description:
Napkin ring, silver and copper. Oval napkin ring in the form of a realistically modeled leaf, the two ends pinned together with a silver pin; a cast, applied copper housefly at end of overlapping leaf. CONDITION: Probably originally parcel gilt, the gilding now mostly worn away. Normal wear. Tip of pin slightly bent. Residue of old polish.
