Catalogue Description: Chair with tall back and long squared seat, profusely decorated with repeating, scrolling, floral and vegetal design carving. Tall chair back, slightly canted and camelback in shape, arched crest rail with a pierced floral and vegetal design, with on either side a single carved floral ball finial; two long 'S' shaped curved arms flaring outwards also with carving; long square seat, stiles, front and side rails, legs and stretchers with dense floral and vegetal carving. Legs: front legs square and rear legs with curve, all four legs on metal casters. Upholstery: replacement, but old, gold colored damask upholstery.
