Catalogue Description:
Plucked idiophone made of wood. Polished. Resonating chamber is hollow and has two concave sides. The metal bridge on the anterior surface holds ten metal keys attached by rattan fiber. Metal vibrating tubes are found on hte bases of the keys. Two small holes are found on the top end on either side of the bridge area to accomodate a carrying string. Condition: Wood is worn and scratched some corrosion is found on the wood underneath the bridge and the keys.
