Catalogue Description:
Undecorated jug, with long narrow cylindrical neck slightly off perpendicular, with flaring rim and strap handle rising from shoulder to handle-ridge 3/4 way up neck, forming two ridges around neck where handle is attached. Inverted pear-shaped body with conical foot; buff-colored clay with uneven dark-brown to light-brown glaze. Condition: Very good, glaze largely intact, surface clean but slightly worn. Rim chipped.
