Catalogue Description:
Wavy-handled vase of ovoid shape, with broad flattened base, short neck, sloping into shoulder, with marked ridge at joint; wide, almost elliptical mouth, spreading moulded thin lip, protruding and beveled to neck. On each side of shoulder a high wavy-lined ledge, indented into three scallops. Light buff clay. Incised potmark in middle of body. A ridge on neck probably accidental. Condition: Lip corroded; flaws in pottery. White efflorescence.
