Catalogue Description:
Bronze relief of applique of walking lion, head frontal, tail recurved at end to form loop. Tang above head and under each foot. Cast hollow with very thin walls. One of a series of similar pieces presumably used as a frieze on piece of temple furniture. Condition: Good. Front face cleaned. Under side still corroded.
