Catalogue Description:
In the form of 2 layers of chrysanthemum petals; flat base; shallow circular foot. Cobalt-blue underglaze painting on plate's center of two deer among pine trees. Lower section of circular foot is unglazed. Clear glaze with blue-green color on entire vessel. Daily used ware. Condition: Intact. Round, deep dish with foot ring, scalloped rim, and molded chrysanthemum petal design. Central circular area has an underglaze cobalt painting of two deer under a pine tree. The usual chatter-marks on base. Covered except for foot rim with a clear glaze.
