    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Cup (a) porcelaine. Short, plain foot rim supports simple flaring bowl of gentle S-curve profile; no handle. Exterior of bowl hand painted with view of crucifixion in landscape on one side and symbols of the passion; gilt border with pendant trefoils, outlined in red, on interior. Saucer (b) porcelaine. Circular, dished saucer with gilt border with pendant trifoils, outlined in red surrounding hand painted view of the crucifixion in a landscape. CONDITION - Cup and saucer: wear to decoration.
