    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Doorknob. Round with relief scene of humming bird with spread wings and head pointed upward, resting on circular floral and foliate pattern. Scene framed by stepped circular molding. Flattened outer edge of knob decorated with frieze of two relief panels showing centered lion's head with floriated strap work capped at both ends by opposed griffins with raised front paw. Condition: Green incrustation on central scene and outer edge panel scenes of knob.
