Glazed porcelain creamer, "Kyoto Homage" pattern. Vertical rectangular shape with D-shape strip handle and opposing short, truncated semi-conical spout. White ground; front and rear of creamer with reserve, outlined in black, of "confetti" pattern (i.e., dashes of black, dots of turquoise, lavender, peach, terracotta). Handle is lavender with black dashes. Part of three-piece tea service, 87.120.1a-b (teapot) & 87.121.2a-b (sugar bowl).

Who is the artist and what is the era?
This three piece tea service was made by Dorothy Hafner. It was designed in 1980 and manufactured in 1987.
