CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Plucked Idiophone made of wood. Resonating chamber is hollow and rectangular in shape. The bridge on the anterior surface holds eight metal keys attached by rattan fiber. Metal vibrating tubes are found on the bases of the keys. A round sounding hole is found on the posterior surface of the resonating chamber. On the proper left side there is a rectangular indentation from which a piece of fiber string is coming detached. CONDITION: Wood is worn and scratched, several small holes are found on surface.
