Catalogue Description:
Blue-green glazed faience amulet representing a lion recumbent upon a base which is straight edged in front and rounded in the rear. There is a three-ribbed loop on the lion’s back. The modelling is crude with details being given by grooves. The lion’s tail runs directly forwards over its back and not around the rear leg and back over the leg. Condition: Incrustation in hollows.
