Catalogue Description:
Colorless and blue glass. Stacked double baluster form. Top section has squat round body with narrow neck to hold candle and flaring mouth with applied blue glass rim. Symmetrically applied blue glass floral prunts on broad part of body. Applied colorless glass leaves from base to mid-body with tips turned out. Hollow lower baluster has longer neck and sloping shoulders. Thin band of blue glass spirally applied around neck and upper body. Colorless glass leaves symmetrically applied from base, similar to upper section. Broad circular foot with applied blue glass rim. Pontil mark. Condition: Good. Manufacturing flaws on lower baluster where blue glass band applied then lifted and moved. Some air bubbles and inclusions. Dirty.
