Catalogue Description:
Peccary effigy vessel with an opening at the end of the tail. The animal is elaborately decorated with a black basketry design on orange body. The neck of the vessel is painted red. There are two small holes for the nose. The interior of the eyes and ears are carved. The ceramic style is Mora Polychrome. Condition: good; dirty and slightly abraded surface; there is a red and white adhesive label with the number 114 written on it, on the chest of the animal.
