Catalogue Description:
Open-armchair, Danish modern, teak and blue tweed upholstery. Upholstered back is concave, with depressed cresting; stiles on either side round in section, flowing into arms which are flattened at elbow section; continuing in round form to front, where they curve abruptly at ninety degree angle and extend to floor, the arm supports and legs forming one continuous tubular and slightly tapering member. Slightly concave seat with removable cushion. Diagonal cross stretchers. Cylindrical legs flare out towards rear. Condition: Good; left arm has piece missing from it at elbow where the wood is tapered to thinnest point.
