Catalogue Description:
Pewter teapot with hinged lid and peawood handle, Queen Anne type. Pear-shaped body rises from flat bottom. Large ear-shaped handle with scrolled grips attached with pewter collars. Opposing spout undulates as it rises, tapers to oval flat cut opening. Hinged lid rises to high dome, surmounted by decorative finial. CONDITION: Good; all-over tarnish and spots of discoloration; some scratches and pitting; cracks in wooden handle.
