Catalogue Description:
Square faience plaque. Pale blue-green glaze with hawk in raised relief facing right. No inscription. Narrow moulding at each side. Probably intended as an inlay for wall or large piece of furniture. Condition: Poor. Upper and lower edges badly chipped. Body of hawk slightly chipped. Glaze worn; under side not glazed and the frit body is pulverizing rapidly.
