Description |
Dessert fork with three tines. One outer tine is wider than the others and has a notched point. Molded handle begins with a shaped flaring section with an anthemion-like design, topped by a narrow horizontal band of five dots. Sides of handle then flare out to a gently curved crest with rounded corners. At the beginning of this section is a vertical series of small fish scales and at the top below the crest is a symmetrical scrolling design with a contoured band of molded dots below. The reverse has a concave shell motif in flaring section at beginning of handle and a papyrus motif at the narrow neck of the handle; rest of handle reverse undecorated. Princess Louise Pattern.
