Celebrate our new exhibition Soulful Creatures: Animal Mummies in Ancient Egypt, opening September 29, with an evening of wine, beer, and lighthearted art history lectures by the exhibition's curators, Ed Bleiberg and Yekaterina Barbash, Chief Conservator Lisa Bruno, and guest lecturer Salima Ikram, professor of Egyptology at the American University in Cairo. Presented in partnership with the Society for the Advancement of Social Studies (SASS) and Atlas Obscura.
