Sunday, June 11, 2023

2–4 pm

Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor

The Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra ends their season with a program featuring Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Piano Concerto no. 20 in D Minor, with acclaimed pianist Huizi Zhang as soloist. Also included are a suite from New York composer Clint Borzoni’s opera Antinous and Hadrian and Cuban composer Ernesto Lecuona’s Spanish-influenced Andalucia Suite. The concert concludes with Antonín Dvořák’s melodically rich Eighth Symphony.

This performance is Nick Armstrong’s final concert as the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra’s longtime artistic director.

Advance tickets are $15 for seniors and Museum Members and $20 for non-Members; same-day tickets are $25 at the door. Free for youth 16 and under. Tickets are available through the Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra.
