Booklyn—Artist's Books

Booklyn staff members Rebecca Alvarez and Candace Serling present the work of the artist-run cooperative Booklyn. The Museum Library is open for research from 1 to 3 before the Booklyn presentation.

Founded in 1999, Booklyn is an artist-run nonprofit organization headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. Their mission is to promote artist books as an art form and an educational resource and to assist artists in exhibiting, distributing, and publishing innovative bookwork.
