Join Lorna Simpson , artist and photographer, and Deborah “Deb” Willis , MacArthur Fellow and Chair of the Department of Photography & Imaging at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, for a conversation about Simpson’s newest body of work, Gathered , and how women behind and in front of the camera have found ways to become the object and subject of historical debates focusing on desire and beauty.
