Highlighting the long-term installation Connecting Cultures, Chef Dale Talde and a surprise guest discuss the many ways that food, like art, creates connections between cultures and plays an integral role in the establishment of personal identity. During the week leading up to the program, Chef Talde will feature dishes inspired by objects in the Museum’s collection at his Brooklyn restaurant TALDE.
As space is limited, advance ticket purchase for admission to the Museum and the workshop is recommended via www.museumtix.com. Members receive free admission; please call the Membership Hotline at (718) 501-6326 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for reservations.
