The correct spelling of this name is BETZY KJELSBERG.

Betzy Kjelsberg was a leader in social welfare who, as the first female factory inspector in Norway, helped to improve working conditions. In 1920, she became the vice-chairman of the International Council of Women (founded in 1888 by Susan B. Anthony and others).
