    The Café

The Café in the lobby is closed on Wednesday, November 19. Head past the Admissions Desk to a pop-up café with snacks, pastries, and beverages, open until 2 pm.

Located in our sunlit lobby, the Brooklyn Museum Café has something for everyone. Food selections range from grab-and-go sandwiches and salads to hot soups and curry, all made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. We partner with Brooklyn-based roastery Parlor Coffee for our beans, and we offer rotating canned cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages.

Swing by for a late morning coffee, grab lunch after visiting an exhibition, or relax with an afternoon cocktail or tea. Don’t miss the artist-designed stools  scattered around the Café!

Members receive a 10% discount on all Café items.

    Caroline Schiff x Brooklyn Museum

In collaboration with celebrated local pastry chef Caroline Schiff, nominated by the James Beard Foundation for her nostalgic desserts at Gage & Tollner, we’re hosting a diner-inspired pop-up on the first floor. Stop by over three weekends this fall to get a taste of Schiff’s soon-to-open restaurant. The pop-up’s menu (available for purchase) features melts on homemade bread, sides such as deviled eggs and cream of tomato soup, and a signature sweets spread that includes her trademark coconut cake.

Access available with Museum admission . Walk-ins only.
