Inscriptions
Brass inscription plate: Ancient cupboard, once the property of Thomas Vinson of Martha's Vineyard, born September 15, 1676, died 1742. Great, great, great grandfather of Harriet Marshall Pease. Written insription pasted on inside lower door: Old cupboard. This cupboard of red oak now the property of Harriet MArshall Pease of Edgartown, Mass. Once owned by her grandmother, Pease, who inherited it from her father THomas Vinson.
