Upper right on black groound "DESIGNED BY/CHARLES EAMES". Lower left on red ground: "THE SHELL / IS MOULDED BY / ZENITH PLASTICS CO. (over logo) / GARDENA / CALIFORNIA". Lower right on white ground: Miller logo in red.
