    "CUR" at the beginning of an image file name means that the image was created by a curatorial staff member. These study images may be digital point-and-shoot photographs, when we don\'t yet have high-quality studio photography, or they may be scans of older negatives, slides, or photographic prints, providing historical documentation of the object.
    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Headrest consists of flat rectangular base beneath an upright support for a "U"-shaped neck rest. Top surface of neckrest has lightly incised designs composed of four bands of triangular shaped forms arranged in pairs on either side of an unadorned area immediately above the upright support. CONDITION: Weathered. One corner of base has chip measuring approximately 1" x 3/8". Overall surface condition is good but weathered.
