Marks: Maker's mark center verso hand painted in black pigment under glaze: stylized crown of downward curved horizontal line surmounted by five diagonal spikes/Richard/Ginori/MADE IN TALY”; Handwritten on verso in red pigment is the Brooklyn Museum accession number "54.64.43" which is crossed out by a single line in red pigment. Label adhered to verso: yellowing white octagonal shape label with red edging secured with yellowing tape. Handwritten on label in blue pen: “Ponti/case 15/16”.
