    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Three sided ewer with tall vertical spout, in bright yellow glaze with polychrome decoration of flowers and butterflies, with an attached dark brown stylized curlicue handle. Main body in bright yellow glaze, tall vertical spout with molded geometric design decoration in dark brown and outlined in gold paint. Decoration on main body consists of on one side large dark pink and purple peony-like flowers, with green leaves with gold paint highlights; reverse with smaller white and pink apple or cherry blossom branch with green leaves, highlighted in gold paint and single small white, pink and blue butterfly centered at front under spout. Attached dark brown curlicue handle, outlined in gold paint and under handle, near top of handle, off center, a single small white, green and red butterfly. Thick gold band around outer edge of handle.
