    "CUR" at the beginning of an image file name means that the image was created by a curatorial staff member. These study images may be digital point-and-shoot photographs, when we don\'t yet have high-quality studio photography, or they may be scans of older negatives, slides, or photographic prints, providing historical documentation of the object.
    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Colorless plastic rectangular box (a) with detachable cover (b) containing 438 textile samples divided into three rows. Each textile sample mounted on a 3 x 2 3/4 inch white paper card printed with pattern name and color-way. The various color-ways of each pattern secured with a gold metal chain and fronted with a red title card. Condition (March 2010): Scratches to plastic box; samples in very good condition.
