    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION White marble figure of standing youth in contraposto pose with upturned head and hands behind head in a stretching motion, on a square base with canted corners, round plinth above. Figure attired in trousers with flared unbuttoned front pockets, bare chested, long nightshirt still on proper left arm and draped overhead and trailing down back of figure. Large strapped trunk with handles to rear of figure surmounted by cat-like animal with long furry tail and raised proper left paw to eye. CONDITION: Good; surface dirty; chips to canted corners of base; chip to front waist of trousers; losses to tips of animal ears and to upraised left front paw.
