    This fascinating vase was created by Clement Massier in France around 1900. You can see the natural influences in the design of this piece, a hallmark of the Art Nouveau style.
    Massier comes from a family of potters and made a big name for himself at the turn of the 20th century. This luster glaze is his own development.
    His studio was a destination for travelers and he even had a contract with the British royal family.
