CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION This is a globular pitcher with a handle and short neck which is slightly flared. There is an irregular piece missing from the lower side. The interior has a clay slip while the exterior has a black on white design. The neck is decorated with 4 narrow stripes around it. The handle has a vertical band with diagonal stripes. The body has a wide decorated band consisting of 2 narrow stripes. Inside this is a wider black zig-zag stripe. The triangles formed by the zig-zag are in-filled with checkers which have dots in center.
