    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Carved stone trophy head with well-defined "coffee bean" eyes, a pronounced triangular nose, and a small mouth surrounded by incised "laugh lines." The ears are incised on the sides of the head. A cap on the head is decorated with incised lines. This trophy head may be published in "Costa Rican Stonework" by J. Alden Mason, 1945, p. 268. Condition: good.
