    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Large dark brown tripod jar with a globular body, narrow neck, and rolled rim. The hollow legs are tall and in the form of abstract bird heads with two circular perforations representing eyes. The sides of the vessel are divided in half by a raised ridge; the top half is decorated with incised diagonal lines, appliqué circular buttons, and three modeled appliqué heads. The ceramic style is La Selva Sandy Appliqué. Condition: good; the rim has a small chip and there are some surface abrasions. There is a white and red adhesive label with the number 141 written on it in black ink.
