CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Dark brown tripod bowl with hollow, square legs in the form of stylized human heads with holes for the eyes, nose, and mouth. The vessel has a squat, globular body with a flared rim. The body of the vessel decorated with a modeled appliqué animal head and front paws on one side and its tail and back paws on the other. The neck and rim are decorated with two small handles and rows of punched dots. The interior rim looks like it is covered with a burnished red slip. The ceramic style is La Cabaña Fine.
Condition: good; the rim and base of one of the legs are chipped.
