    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Green schist head of a man broken from a statue. Hair worked in a mass of conventionalized curls in Hellenistic style, matt finish, ears exposed. Face with individual features, apparently a portrait, deep set eyes, furrows from eyes and again from nose, skin areas polished. Minute section of back pillar remains. Condition: Nose broken, chipped above eyes, a few scattered marks. Upper lip and chin chipped.
