I believe those are Portrait Busts of Sir Walter Scott and Lord Byron.Scott was a Scottish historical novelist, playwright,poet, and historian while Byron, English nobleman and poet, was considered the leading figure in the Romantic movement.Awesome.Both fitting figures to be displayed in this library!!
