CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Pewter lidded tankard. Tulip shaped body raised on round, flaring stepped foot. Attached handle in shape of truncated "S" with short, bulbous tail end. Stepped dome lid fits over mouth. Rectangular thumb piece with heart-shaped cut out is curved and soldered to edge of lid, then joins hinge on top of handle.
CONDITION: Good; allover tarnish and light scratches and pitting. Tiny hole surrounded by ring of white colored corrosion on outer side of handle.
