Catalogue Description: A silver-plate sugar spoon with a scalloped bowl. At the back of the bowl is an asymmetrical grouping of two roses, one bud and leaves and tendrils molded in a very high relief. The handle begins with a small flared section with a rose and leaves that lead to a straight-sided length decorated with an asymmetrical meandering vine with a bud and leaves that extends into another flared section with another rose surrounded by two symmetrical volutes. This leads to the broadly flared end of the handle that is surmounted by asymmetrical volutes and decorated with two roses, two buds and trailing vine and leaves, all in rather high molded relief, The back of the handle has similar but abbreviated decoration. Glenrose pattern. CONDITION - The silver is very bright, wear scratches in bowl.
