Catalogue Description:
Silver sugar bowl (a) and lid (b); eight-lobed, flattened, gourd-shaped, hand-raised body, which widens toward bottom and sits on narrow foot rim. The circular lid (b) has eight lobes and a pointed four-lobed finial. Two bifurcated squared-off handle sockets are attached to body with four rivets each. All silver surfaces are hammered except finial. Part of three-piece service. CONDITION: Good, some minor scratches.
