Catalogue Description:
Olive server: Silver with gilding. At one end of server is a pointed oval bowl pierced with leaf vein pattern and engraved with a single serrated leaf. Bowl is joined by leaf stem to a realistically modeled twig stem, which terminates in a point of graduated triangular barbs. Three quarters of the way up the stem a three-dimensional olive and two realistic leaves sprout from the stem. The olive has a matte surface and is engraved with script initials: J.F.T. CONDITION - Good. Normal wear and rubbing to gilding.
