Catalogue Description:
Small bronze sphinx reclining on oblong base. From the back of sphinx springs large bronze branch. Probably a foot from a small shrine or chest. Condition: Intact. Surface in good condition. Will be improved by cleaning. An unusual type. So far no parallel has been located.
