Catalogue Description: Everted mouth; curved belly that tapers down; circular foot. Splotches of yellow, green, white, purple color glazes. Popularly known as "three-color tiger skin glaze." Besides white glaze on inside of base of foot, overall unglazed. Initially, unglazed porcelain was fired. Then color glazes were applied on the interior and exterior and fired a second time at a low temperature. Possibly for sacrificial or ritual use. Condition: Intact. No damage. Accession Card: "Egg and Spinach" Bowl. Hemispherical bowl with splashed purple, yellow, and green glazes. Condition: no damage.
